Description of our SAM-88
SAM-88 is a new product which breaks the traditional mode and adopts the biological activation process. It is used in reactive print, inkjet, and digital printing process of natural fibers. It has high pasting rate, high compliant, high coverage, high color yield, high water holding, and shed pasting easily. It is easy to use.
Compared with pure Sodium Alginate and compound Sodium Alginate, SAM-88 has super advantage of low cost, no affect from the season changes, temperature changes, or bacteria changes. It can make the printing paste with longer shelf life, and with more clear printings,

lGood water solubility. Easy to use. Fast pasting speed. SAM-88 saves more time compared with traditional SA, and improve the production efficiency.
lHigh pasting ratio. You can get 60000 Mpa·s viscosity with 3% dosage.
lGood salt resistance, good alkali resistance and good electrolyte resistance. SAM-88 is superior to sodium alginate.
lHigh stability. Preliminary pulp and color paste have long storage 5-7 days.
lHigh color yield. Bright in color.
lGood water hold ability. Good solubility. The face fabric is even and smooth after dyeing. SAM-88 has special effect on printing of high count and high density fabrics.

Application
SAM-88 is widely used in cotton, fiber, spun rayon yarn reactive printing and digital printing. It is special appropriate for compound with Sodium Alginate.
Recommend Process
Printing-Drying (100℃*3 min)-Aging(105℃*8 min)-Washing
Washing: cold water wash-soap wash (soaping agent 0.5-2g/L, water temperature of 80-90℃, 10-15 min) –warm water washing-cold water washing-drying

Remarks: Please adjust the Urea and Sodium bicarbonate dosage according to the color dark/light.

Viscosity: 15000-20000 Mpa·s in rotary screen printing, but it also depends on different printing design and equipment.
